Poppy is a 5 year old bush pony, that I bought at the beginning of this year as a project not knowing much of her life.  I helped her to trust humans and realise that I wasn't going to rope her to the ground every time a rope touched her.

She is the sweetest and most intelligent mare. She learns very quickly, the good habits and the bad! She is a curious girl and has learnt how to undo the zip on my boots😂 She had a bit of a inconsistent start to life but is now enjoying humans and hugs, and gets jealous when you take other ponies for rides instead of her.

Poppy has been a really good challenge for me as she has pushed me and helped me learn so much in a such short space of time. It is so rewarding to face the challenges she has thrown at me and to start building a mutual relationship with her. I am looking forward to more journeys with her.

Poppy was the first pony I started and I am so pleased it was her 💕💕
